4 things you need to do to keep you motivated on your fitness journey 

1. PLAY HARD

Did she just say play hard? Oh yes I did. Sometimes we take this journey too seriously and we forget to have some fun. The journey is supposed to be fun-filled with lots of laughs and fails for a lifetime not just for 1-3months. 

Have you ever felt dizzy sitting in the classroom for 2hours? Oh yes you have. 

Have you  ever felt dizzy playing with your buddies for 2 hours… Uhhhhmmmmm I Doubt. 

Find yourself  workout buddies, play different kinds of sports, do combo routines, have cheat days (my FFO self talking 😜), run in the rain, etc.

Make the fit life fun and not just a boring routine of going to the gym before or after work. 

2. WORK HARD :  Don’t use exercise as an excuse to  avoid your basic responsibilities at home or at work. Make it a habit to do what is required of you all the time. No excuses

Set SMART goals and work hard to reach it. 

S – Specific 

– Measurable 

A – Achievable 

R – Realistic 

T – Timely 

3. LOVE HARD : For your mind now you go dey talk say which one be Love hard again for fitness 😕 but you have to Love yourself enough to be able to put in effort. Don’t kill yourself at the gym because of what others say. Do it for you. You deserve to be stronger, faster…. Why settle for good when you can be the best 🙌

4. TRAIN HARD : Its as simple as you read it. Go in everyday determined to murder your workout routines. 

  • We dont rest between sets, we give the Dumbells time to recover 😂
